Casa Sirena is located on the Osa Peninsula, a magical place where you can hike in a rainforest in the morning, take a dip in the pool after lunch, and surf the waves in the afternoon. A perfect setting for a family getaway or an adult couple's retreat. We provide plenty of space for you to find solitude or participate in activities all around the property. Swimming, hiking, surfing, ping pong, paddle boarding, yoga/meditation platform on the beach, or reading a book in a hammock as you listen to the sounds of exotic wildlife in the jungle surrounding.

We are truly off the grid and strive to harness most of our energy from the sun. We have tried to develop as little of the property as possible in hopes that we can live in harmony with nature. The wildlife here is dense, one of the most populated places in the world for animals. It's not uncommon to see all four species of primates here in one day along with wild birds, mammals and of course unique insects. Its also not uncommon here to be watching a troupe of monkeys and suddenly see a toucan fly in to grab a papaya, all this while you are sitting in the pool!

Our homes are set back from the ocean to allow travel corridors for all the wildlife that call our place home. We have built a system of trails throughout the property so you can stealthily slip thru the forest hoping to catch an anteater or a scarlet macaw.

The villa is filled with many different rooms so everyone can find a place of comfort! Each room configuration is slightly different to accommodate a vast range of groups and people. We have everything from king sized beds to singles to bunk beds. All rooms come with comfy beds, high quality linens and large windows to take in the views. Each bedroom has overhead fans and you will be provided with a small personal fan to further keep you comfortable at night. All towels and linens will be proved for you including a pool towel and a specific towel for the beach and excursions. We ask that you please be mindful of how you use your towels. We run off a limited amount of solar power and well water. Its important that we conserve both so that everyone can enjoy electricity and fresh water during your stay here at Casa Sirena.

Enjoy our property to the fullest with 400 meters of private beach, and 6 acres of private nature preserve. You'll find privacy and pampering and the sights, sounds and tastes of the jungle, with the soothing sounds of the ocean in the distance.

Your host is not on site, but we do have a concierge, and staff available to assist with any needs or upgraded amenities.

We are located in a remote area of Puntarenas Province. Our property is mainly off-grid, utilizing solar energy. We try to conserve water and energy as much as possible. Our property is surrounded by jungle and we have direct, private beach access.

It is recommended that you have a car or some type of transportation. We are located about 30 mins from town. To find our location search for Playa Sombrero in your map app. We are 16.7 km (30 mins) from Puerto Jiminez Airport.

Plastic water bottles not allowed. Bring refillable water bottle. We are off-grid, so we hope while you are here you can embrace the environment and help us to be as eco-friendly as possible. We have a full time staff on site (private chef, gardener, housekeeping and concierge). They offer daily services and some paid extra services available upon request. Also have surf & paddle boards for rent.
We also have an adjacent casa (Casa Mono) with space to sleep 9 more guests. Please inquire if you have a larger group and need accommodations.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
