Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is the perfect home-away-from-home experience. Our home sits on a beautiful 6-acre prairie hillside surrounded by woods. The perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle, but be close enough to shopping and activities downtown. Our family works from home and we homeschool our three children. We are a homesteading family that raises chickens for eggs, bees for honey, and the friendliest labradoodle named ....

As you enter the house from the main entrance you are greeted with an open-concept living space. On the left is your private bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closet, and attached full bath. Feel free to make yourself at home and interact with our family as much or as little as you desire. We have a main floor living room and screened-in porch that you are welcome to relax and enjoy. The kitchen and laundry are also shared spaces that guests may use. Coffee, beverages and snacks are provided.

We are open to interacting with guests as much or as little as you desire.

We are located in unincorporated Valparaiso, so we are not on a public transportation route. Your personal vehicle or rental is recommended. We do have adequate parking available for you for free.

My husband, Greg, works from home and I (Christine) homeschool our three children. We are involved in lots of activities that keep us busy, so we will try to be home to greet each guest, but then feel free to come and go as you please.
